竹科三期徵收 縣府重啟 農民抗議 Jul 31st 2018, 15:20 「保良田，護水源！」農民及環團昨到新竹縣府門口抗議，指縣府更名重啟竹科園區三期徵收案，恐讓現有農林地喪失涵養水源、調節氣候的功能，在水源水質保護區開發，更是危害大新竹水資源，要求縣政府暫停此開發案。
