新北8月起 新宅公設節能才發使照 Jul 20th 2018, 16:01 新北市新建住宅地下停車場及二樓以上梯間等公共設施，8月1日起必須使用節能燈具，才核發使用執照。工務局長朱惕之表示，以新建的200戶社區大樓為例，一年將可省下15萬元至18萬元的公用電費。
