中市敬老卡升級 看病、搭小黃都行 Jul 16th 2018, 15:02 台中市「敬老愛心卡」即起升級，每月1千點（相當於1千元）額度原本只能搭公車、客運，昨起還可到衛生所看診，折抵部分負擔與掛號費，9月起可在合作診所、醫院看診，甚至能搭計程車。
